This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all flight reservations made through CFB France, a brand of CFB and affiliate of AIRBEAS TRAVEL, an IATA-accredited travel agency (IATA #91205170).

As an authorised travel agent, CFB France facilitates bookings between you and airlines. Cancellation and refund eligibility is primarily governed by the fare rules set by the operating airline for your specific ticket. We process all cancellations and refunds in line with those rules and applicable consumer protection regulations.
Two Fee Components
When you cancel or change a booking, two types of charges may apply: (1) airline penalties as determined by your ticket's fare rules, and (2) CFB France processing fees for handling your request. Both are detailed in the sections below.
224-Hour Cancellation Right (DOT Regulation)
In compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, you are entitled to cancel your flight booking within 24 hours of purchase for a complete refund, provided the following conditions are met:

3Fare Types & Flexibility
Airlines publish different fare classes with varying degrees of flexibility. Your cancellation and modification options are determined by the fare type you selected at the time of booking:
Fully Refundable Fares
Premium fare classes offering maximum flexibility. Cancel at any point before departure for a full refund with no airline-imposed penalty.
Semi-Flexible Fares
Mid-tier fares that permit changes and cancellations subject to moderate fees. Often provide airline credit for future travel in lieu of a cash refund.
Non-Refundable / Basic Economy Fares
The most affordable fares with significant restrictions. Typically not eligible for cash refunds and may incur substantial penalties for modifications.

4Cancellation Charges

Non-Refundable Tickets

5Modification & Change Fees
If you need to alter your travel dates, times, or routing, the following fees apply:

Fare Difference Explained
If your new flight carries a higher fare than the original, you are responsible for paying the difference. If the new fare is lower, most airlines do not issue a refund for the difference on voluntary changes.

7Refund Timeline
After your cancellation has been confirmed and processed, refunds are returned according to the following indicative timeframes:

8Airline-Initiated Changes

10No-Show Policy
Failing to appear for your scheduled flight without prior cancellation will result in the forfeiture of your ticket with no refund issued. Additionally, the airline may automatically cancel any remaining connecting or return segments within your itinerary.

CFB France strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected events that may necessitate cancelling or modifying your plans. A suitable travel insurance policy can cover cancellation penalties, medical emergencies abroad, lost luggage, and other travel-related expenses.
