Agency Relationship
CFB France acts as an agent facilitating transactions between you and airlines. When you complete a booking through our Platform, you enter into a direct contract with the operating airline. We are not a party to that contract. Each airline's own terms, conditions, and Contract of Carriage apply to your flight.
4Booking Conditions
4.1 Confirmation of Booking
A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email containing your e-ticket number or booking reference. No contractual relationship with the airline exists until this confirmation is issued. Payment authorisation alone does not guarantee a confirmed booking.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing correct and complete details for every traveller. Passenger names must exactly match the identification documents they will present at the airport. CFB France bears no responsibility for denied boarding, additional charges, or other issues caused by inaccurate information you supply.
4.3 Fare Availability
Prices shown on cfbfrance.com are subject to real-time availability and may fluctuate based on airline inventory and demand. Once your booking is confirmed and payment fully processed, the fare is locked in.
4.4 Travel Documentation
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold valid travel documents, including passports with sufficient validity, visas, health certificates, and any other documentation required by your destination. CFB France is not liable for denied entry or boarding due to missing or expired documents.
4.5 Flight Schedule Adjustments
Airlines may modify flight schedules, routes, or aircraft without prior notice. While we endeavour to inform you of material changes, verifying flight details before departure remains your responsibility. We advise confirming your flight status with the airline 24–48 hours before travel.
5Pricing, Fees & Payment
CFB France is committed to pricing transparency. This section outlines every fee, charge, and payment condition associated with our services. Please review it carefully before completing a booking.

7Cancellation & Changes Overview

8Limitation of Liability
CFB France serves as an intermediary between you and airline carriers. Our liability is strictly limited to the service fees we charge. We are not responsible for airline actions including, but not limited to, timetable changes, flight cancellations, overbooking, denied boarding, baggage loss, or delays.
9Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CFB France, CFB, AIRBEAS TRAVEL, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our Platform or any breach of these Terms.
10Intellectual Property
All content on cfbfrance.com, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, text, graphics, images, software, and page layouts, is the exclusive property of CFB, AIRBEAS TRAVEL, or their licensors. This content is protected by French and international intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
11Restricted Activities
You shall not use our Platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data, engage in automated scraping or data extraction, or interfere with the proper functioning of our website or services in any way.
12Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we reasonably determine to be in violation of these Terms, harmful to other users, or detrimental to our business interests.
13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
